Monstera Deliciosa | Split Leaf | Plant Care
Monstera Deliciosa
Light:Â This evergreen prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Too much direct light in warmer months may burn the foliage.
Water: Give your Monstera regular waterings and let the soil dry out slightly in between, watering only occasionally in fall and winter. To increase humidity indoors, mist the foliage using a spray bottle of demineralized water or rainwater.
Additional Information
Indoors, your Monstera can grow about two feet high.
It will have leathery, glossy, characteristic split and heart-shaped leaves coming from intricate aerial roots, which can be used for ropes and basket making.
The ASPCA cautions that this plant can be toxic to cats and dogs. Keep out of reach of curious furry friends.
